When can I expect to receive my order?
International orders are in good hands with our fast delivery partner Pos Indonesia, with an estimated delivery time of 3-9 days from dispatch. Please be aware that customs clearance may add to the delivery time.
What should I do if my parcel tracking hasn't been updated?
Don't worry, your parcel is not lost. Delays in processing are common with international orders and it's not uncommon for tracking updates to be delayed. You can check the tracking status on the tracking webpage. If there hasn't been an update in 15 business days, feel free to reach out to us via email and we'll be happy to help.
What if my tracking shows my parcel is in customs?
Customs clearance procedures can cause delays in tracking updates. We have no control over border force agencies, but if they require any information or fees, they will contact you directly. If you haven't received any correspondence from customs, please contact your local customs office before reaching out to us.
Are there any additional customs duties or charges I need to be aware of?
Yes, custom duties and charges may apply to your order depending on the country and local regulations. These fees are not included in the price of your order and are the responsibility of the recipient. I’m not happy with the product, can I change it?
Not satisfied with your purchase? We're here to help. As long as the item is returned unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 14 days, we'll process an exchange for you.
